Professional Cookery (Longfield only)

Students with a grade 4 in maths and English (lang or lit) may begin at level 2, and if they achieve a merit or better progress to level 3 in the second year.

Students without a grade 4 in both maths and English will begin at level 1, and if they achieve a merit or better progress to level 2 in the second year. The minimum requirement for level 1 professional cookery is 5 GCSEs grades A* - G (or 9-1).
